The City Heights Town Council, or CHTC, is an all-volunteer, non-profit organization in City Heights, San Diego. The mission of the CHTC is to advocate for and on behalf of our community through building relationships among neighbors and creating safe, attractive neighborhoods to improve the quality of life for our residents.

Now returning to in-person meetings

 The CHTC is currently meeting in the upstairs meeting room at the City Heights Library. on the first Tuesday of every month at 6:30 pm. To receive meeting details, please RSVP here. Everyone is welcome to attend!
