The City Heights Town Council, or CHTC, is an all-volunteer, non-profit organization in City Heights, San Diego. The mission of the CHTC is to advocate for and on behalf of our community through building relationships among neighbors and creating safe, attractive neighborhoods to improve the quality of life for our residents.

We have returned to in-person meetings

 The CHTC is currently meeting in the upstairs meeting room of the City Heights/Weingard Library 3795 Fairmount Avenue on the first Tuesday of every month at 6:30 pm. To receive meeting details, please email us here. Everyone is welcome to attend!
