WHO WE ARE
The City Heights Town Council, or CHTC, is a non-profit organization that advocates for improvements and solutions that contribute to enhancing the City Heights community for all residents and businesses. The CHTC exists to aid in the forward movement and success of all community members.
While representatives from the City of San Diego attend CHTC meetings, the City Heights Town Council is not an entity of the City of San Diego. However, we encourage you to attend our meetings and meet the city representatives for yourselves and see how the CHTC works with the City to ensure that City Heights projects are given an equal share of attention.
